If you proceed to onboarding, we collect additional information such as bank account details for payout processing and identity documents for verification.

When you visit partners.zoozhi.com, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and the source that referred you to our website. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
Platform operations
We use your personal data to process your partner application, conduct verification, manage your account, facilitate bookings and payouts, and provide partner support. We also use it to send you transactional communications about your account and bookings.
Platform improvement
We use aggregated and anonymised data to understand how partners use our platform, identify areas for improvement, develop new features, and analyse market trends. This analysis does not identify you individually.
Legal and compliance
We process personal data as required to comply with applicable Indian laws, respond to lawful requests from regulatory and government authorities, enforce our Partner Agreement, and protect the rights and safety of our platform, partners, and learners.
3. Sharing Your Information
Within Viventur
Your information is shared within Viventur Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates for the purposes described in this policy. Zoozhi is a platform operated by Viventur Technologies Private Limited.
Service providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform — including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as directed by us and in compliance with applicable law.
Learner-facing information
Your public partner profile — including your name, profile photo, category, description, and Zoozhi Verified status — is visible to learners on the platform. You control the content of your profile.
Legal disclosure
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or court order, to prevent fraud or harm, or to protect the legal rights of Viventur Technologies Private Limited.
4. Data Retention
Retention periods
We retain your personal data for as long as your partner account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law. Financial records are retained for the period mandated under Indian tax and accounting regulations. Where you withdraw consent or request deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data unless a longer retention period is legally required.
5. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023
Right to access
You have the right to obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the purposes for which it is being processed. You can request this by writing to us at the contact details below.
Right to correction and erasure
You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data and to request erasure of your data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Viventur Technologies Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through the Zoozhi platform. By using our platform, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in India.

Modifications
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Zoozhi after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
