By accessing or using partners.zoozhi.com and any services offered by Viventur Technologies Private Limited ("Zoozhi", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Partner listings and profiles are the responsibility of the partner who created them.

Limited licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

Trademarks

"Zoozhi", "Zoozhi Partners", the Zoozhi logo, and all related names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Viventur Technologies Private Limited. You must not use these marks without our prior written permission.

4. Partner Accounts

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information updated. Zoozhi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information is provided.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
